So, we were sitting around the table eating lunch at work today. One thing led to another during the normal banter.
And a silly, well-known, aphorism was quoted: “If a man makes a decision and a woman is not around, is he still wrong?”
Chuckles all around.
To which, in the best tradition of Extreme Thinkover, I reframed the obvious (speaking, of course, as one male married over 30 years): “I’m never wrong; however, around my wife I am always significantly less right.”
Ensuing laughter.
